Professional Liability provides coverage for the insured’s “wrongful acts.”
A “wrongful act” can include any actual or alleged act, error, omission,
neglect, or breach of duty. Wrongful acts are normally committed against a
customer. The wronged customer seeks a monetary reward for the insured’s alleged
error.
